I created this as a sort of cheat since torches tend to burn out and the Candlelight spell lasts only 1 minute.

As for Night Eye, I have never seen a spell tome for it, so I can only assume it's a power (racial or otherwise) that other races do not have.

So, I made 2 rings that have these 2 effects as constant power. As long as you have them equipped, you will get either the Night Eye power or the Candlelight power.

These 2 items are also added to levelled lists at level 10 for Candlelight ring and level 20 for Night Eye ring.
