A Novice conjuration spell that will summon a weaker version of the bound bow. Take 150 gold to craft the tome, under 'misc,' at any forge. The spell costs 100 base magicka, so all characters should be able to use it without having to put points into magicka. Attacks with the bow will actually level conjuration! Perfect for purists!
